Individual Membership
An individual membership is for the owners of single property, a house, an apartment , a land, a commercial property and so on. By only 2000 QR the individual has one listing with all the benefits in the www.QatarEstate.com Portal for the period of 1 year
The fees are detailed as the follows:
- 3 months : when choosing the 3 months membership, your property listing will be displayed for a period of 3 months. Fee = 750 Qrs
- 6 months : when choosing the 6 months membership, your property listing will be displayed for a period of 6 months. Fee = 1,200 Qrs
- 1 year : when choosing the 1 year membership, your property listing will be displayed for a period of 1 year. Fee = 2,000 Qrs

Corporate Membership
A "corporate" membership is targeting real estate companies and agents with more than one listing.
The corporation has more than one listing with all the benefits in the ww.QatarEstate.com Portal.
The fees are detailed as follows:
- Bronze 2 - 20 Listings - 25 % Overall Discount .
- Star 21 - 40 Listings - 30 % Overall Discount .
- Silver 41 - 60 Listings - 40 % Overall Discount .
- Gold 61 - 80 Listings - 50 % Overall Discount .
- Platinum 81 - 100 Listings - 65 % Overall Discount
